• Jacob Röjdmark, CEO & Portfolio Manager

    Prior to founding Ture Invest in 2007, Jacob held several senior positions at AB Industrivärden between 1996 and 2006, including Head of Research and Head of New Investments. Jacob was also a member Industrivärden’s Management Team. Before that, Jacob was Associate Director at Indosuez Capital and Head of Credit at the bank’s Nordic operations between 1992 and 1996.

    Jacob has been on the Board of Directors of several companies including TTS Pass AB, Selected Brands AB, Future Eyewear Group AB, AB Svensk Bilprovning, Establish AB and DHJ Media AB.

    Jacob holds an M.Sc. in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

  • Hans Hellenborg, Head of Investor Relations

    Prior to joining Ture Invest in 2023, Hans spent 15 years at SEB (Head of Sales, Head of Inst. Clients and Global Head of Inst Product Development). Before that, Hans was 8 years (Head of Sales and Head of Inst. Clients) at Handelsbanken.

    Hans holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.

  • Magnus Kihlgren, International Investor Relations

    Prior to joining Ture Invest in 2018, Magnus spent 7 years at Carnegie Investment Bank in different roles within Fixed Income, including head of Sales and Trading. Before that Magnus was Head of Fixed Income at Erik Penser Bank. Magnus has been working in the financial market since 2005.

    Magnus holds a M.A. in Business Finance from Lund School of Economics, Lund University.

  • Martin Torell, Portfolio Manager

    Prior to joining Ture Invest in 2015, Martin worked as Director at Nordea Leverage Finance in Stockholm and before that in various roles at SEB in Oslo for five years. Prior to SEB, Martin co-founded the M&A and debt advisor Astrup & Partners in Oslo which subsequently was acquired by SEB. Before moving to Norway, Martin worked at the private equity firm Silver Lake Partners and Goldman Sachs in London where he started his career in 2004.

    Martin holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Economics from The Faculty of Engineering, Lund University.

    Martin is part of the Management Team.

  • Gustav Pettersson, Portfolio Manager

    Prior to joining Ture Invest in 2018, Gustav was part of the Financial Restructuring team at Houlihan Lokey in London and most recently a part of the DCM team at Pareto Securities in Stockholm.

    Gustav holds a M.Sc. in Investment Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.

  • Åsa Hjälte, CFO/COO

    Åsa has a background as an investment banker within the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs & Co and as an investor with Cevian Capital (total of 13 years). Before joining Ture Invest Partners in 2021, Åsa was global VP Finance and Financial Strategy for EF English Live educational technology business.

    Åsa was previously a member of the board of directors of ERIKA Försäkringsaktiebolag AB.

    Åsa holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.

  • Petya Gangova, Head of Controlling

    Petya started her career in the Debt Underwriting Group at Goldman Sachs in London, where she spent 6 and a half years as a Senior Associate in the Relationship Lending team.

    Following on from this, Petya held various positions in the venture capital fund Blenheim Chalcot in the UK and more recently at Education First as a Finance Manager for the online language learning business.

    She joined Ture Invest in 2023.

    Petya holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Management from Bocconi University, Italy.

    She speaks English, Bulgarian and Italian.

  • Arthur Prost, Legal Counsel

    Prior to joining us in 2022, he practiced as a lawyer (avocat à la cour) at Elvinger Hoss Prussen in Luxembourg between 2016 and 2021, and as an EU lawyer at Mannheimer Swartling in Sweden between 2021 and 2022. Arthur's practice focused on investment funds and alternative investment fund managers in Luxembourg and Sweden.

    Arthur holds a master's degree in private law (droit privé) from Université Paris II Panthéon Assas, a master's degree in business law - financial sector (droit des affaires - secteur financier) from Université Toulouse I Capitole, and a Certificate of Higher Education in English Law from The University of Birmingham.

    Prior to joining Ture Invest in 2022, Johan spent three years at Ares Management in Stockholm where he was a Senior Associate in the Direct Lending team. Before that, Johan was part of the Investment Banking teams at Citi and ABG Sundal Collier in Stockholm.

  • Mikael Walther, Chairman of the Board of Ture Invest Partners

    Mikael is the CEO of Rosfelt Holding AB. Previously he led the investment company Navos Capital and has a wide range of experience from investment banking and financial services, including roles at Cevian Capital and Goldman Sachs.

    Mikael holds a M.Sc. in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics and a M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

  • Lotta Smith, Director of the Board of Ture Invest Partners

    Lotta is the CEO of Cedergrenska. She has many years of experience in investing (debt, equity and privates), strategy and real estate at, among others, Morgan Stanley, Industrivärden and LEK Consulting in London and Stockholm. She has been on the board of several companies including Cedergrenska, Boden Capital and The Swedish School in London. Lotta has been on the board of Ture since 2020 and is an independent board member.

    Lotta holds a M.Sc. in Finance & Accounting and International Business from Stockholm School of Economics.

  • Kirsten Poitras, Director of the Board of Ture Invest Partners

    Kirsten is Managing Director of The World We Want Foundation, which supports humanitarian efforts and private equity investments in Africa, India, and Latin America. She has previously held numerous brand management positions at Procter & Gamble and led the communications and marketing activities of Glocalnet. She is also a Director of the Board of T3 Recycling in Kenya and ENLA Haiti as well as board observer of OMC Power in India

    Kirsten holds a B.Sc. in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carlina at Chapel Hill, an MBA from the University of San Diego, and a Master’s in International Development from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.

  • Anders Törnqvist, Director of the Board of Ture Invest Partners

    Anders is the CIO of Landshypotek Bank. Previously he was System Development Manager at BlueStep Bank and has broad experience in the IT and software development sector.

    Anders holds a M.Sc. in Vehicle Engineering and Acoustics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

  • Sandra Müller, Director of the Board of Ture Credit Fund III

    Sandra Müller is an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED), who is a Luxembourg resident member of the board of different investment vehicles, funds, and management companies. She is adding a broad spectrum of skills in the boardroom, extensive experience, network in the financial sector, and has worked for more than 20 years in the investment fund industry. As INED and previously Managing Director of MEAG’s Super ManCo in Luxembourg, she gained a clear and deep understanding of the business needs, regulatory requirements, is familiar with a wide range of investment strategies and products, has expertise in managing UCITS and AIFs, and is experienced in cross-border business development and distribution of funds in Europe and Asia.

  • Anabela Lourenço, Director of the Board of Ture Credit Fund III

    Anabela is an Independent Non-Executive Director with expertise in Luxembourg’s financial sector. She has more than 20 years of experience in advising large financial sector clients and their boards with their tax strategy and fiscal risks. She was previously a Partner at EY Luxembourg and have held various roles at PwC Luxembourg. To include a sustainability lens in her advice to clients she certified in Sustainable Finance and Transition to Net Zero Carbon at Cambridge University.

    Anabela is chartered accountant in Luxembourg. She is following the INSEAD International Directors Program to obtain the INSEAD IDP certification by end 2023.

    She holds a Master in Business and Economics from the Solvay Business School (Brussels) and a Master in Tax Law from Brussels Tax College (Fiscale Hogeschool).
